As the channel management company for Qlicksmart’s products, Smartstream ships orders locally (within Australia) and internationally. Orders will be processed and mailed out within 3 business days once payment has been processed. Please make sure your particulars and order details are correct before confirming the orders. All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
Deliveries within Australia
All deliveries within Australia will be made through Australia Post. Delivery costs will be dependent on weight and destination of the delivery, calculated on checkout. Tracking information will be made available with all deliveries. Domestic deliveries are expected to take 3-7 business days. Delays may occur for delivery address in a remote area, or the order has been placed during a busy period, such as Christmas.
There are 3 options for international deliveries:
- Standard airmail without tracking information via Australian Post (3-10 working days)
- Standard airmail with tracking information via Australian Post (3-10 working days)
- DHL Express with tracking information (3-7 working days)
International delivery costs will be dependent on weight and destination of the delivery, calculated on checkout. International delivery timeframes are estimated but in some cases may take longer, such as when the delivery address is in a remote area, or the order has been placed during a busy period (eg, Christmas). You will receive the tracking number / airway bill number for your parcel if tracking option is selected, for you to track your orders all the way to your doorstep. No refund/replacement will be provided for items lost during shipping if tracking option was not selected.
You are protected under The Australian Consumer Law when buying products from Smartstream. The Law requires that goods must be free of defects, be safe to use, not be significantly different from descriptions, and do what they are described to do. Therefore, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product(s).
Smartstream can also offer to replace / repair a product at its expense. Replacements or refunds in such instances can be obtained if Streamstream does not render free repairs in a reasonable time frame. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Please contact email@example.com if you wish to report a defective product to Streamstream. Do note that you will have to bear the costs of return shipment. You are entitled to recover reasonable returns costs if the product(s) are found to have a defect and if proof of these returns costs is provided. You are encouraged to return items with tracking service as we are not held responsible for any lost returns. However, please choose your products carefully as we do not offer a return, refund or replacement for wrongly-placed orders, or if you simply change your mind. We also do not offer a refund or replacement for international orders lost during shipping if tracking option was not selected.
